The bottle itself works okay, but I filled it with lemon water and the smell just would not go away. I was planning to use it the next morning for plain water on my way out, and that was basically ruined because it still had this weird lemony old smell. Not exactly what I wanted.

It doesn’t leak, so that part is good. But the cap feels kind of weird to use, and I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next after setting it up. The instructions or next steps could definitely be clearer

I bought this Manna bottle mainly because I wanted something to keep my water cold while I’m at work. I usually fill it up in the morning, sometimes with ice, and I was hoping it would stay really cold until the end of the day. It does keep the water cold for the first few hours, so it’s definitely not useless or anything, but by later in the day it’s more like lightly cool instead of actually cold. The ice also seems to melt quicker than I expected, which was a little disappointing because I figured it would last longer in an insulated bottle. The bottle itself is nice enough, and I haven’t had any leaking issues, which I do appreciate since I toss it in my bag sometimes. Overall, it works fine, but the insulation feels average to me. I don’t regret buying it, but I also wouldn’t say it blew me away.

The shipping box looked fine too. i was relieved because I never really trust customer service to fix things quickly if something goes wrong, so it was nice that I didn’t have to deal with that at all

I expected the return process to be straightforward, but it turned into a bit of a headache. The refund took way longer than it should have, and as a customer, I feel like if a company takes your money quickly, it’s only fair that they handle refunds with the same urgency. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely left me frustrated...

This is a really perfect fit and super easy to carry around. I can toss it in my bag without any hassle.

After a few months, the lid on my bottle started leaking, which was a little annoying since I wasn’t exactly rough on it. I reached out to Manna Hydration about the warranty, and they asked for a photo and my order info. Once I sent that over, they did send me a replacement lid. It took about a week to get everything handled, so not super quick, but at least they didn’t make it a big hassle. I’m giving 4 stars because support was decent, though it kind of feels like the original lid had no business leaking that soon.

Overall, I like the bottle. It has a clean look, feels sturdy in my hand, and it does keep my water cold for a decent stretch of time. I’ve been using it at my desk and in the car, and even after a few hours, the water still has that nice chilled feel.
The only thing that bugs me is the lid. It feels a little cheaper than the rest of the bottle, and mine will leak a bit if I don’t twist it on really tightly. It’s not a huge problem, but for the price, I expected that part to feel a little more reliable...

After using it, I was surprised how quickly it cleaned up. I just rinsed it out and there wasn’t much scrubbing or fuss at all, which makes it really convenient for everyday use
